Hi, I know that feeling. In the first week of trying this out, I lost 4lb, in like 1 week I have put 2lb back on and felt crap. Iv read a lot of these discussions and it helps knowing that others are going through the same thing but also knowing they have kept at it and lost the weight. I spent yesterday feeling sorry for…

I agree that it shouldn't make me feel guilty and I have been at a time in my life where I was at a healthy weight and didn't feel guilty eating pizza, however, at this moment in time I do feel guilty eating foods high in bad fats and don't have the self control yet to limit the amount I eat. It was maybe a bad choice of…

Hey, I love my Xbox One Fitness. I started in Monday and have been getting up at 5.30 to do my workouts before I leave for work. I love recipes, and made a cauliflower crust pizza yesterday. I always put recipes into MFP, and my normal basic pizza dough which make the same serving of pizza has 390 calories and 69 g of…

Everything is worth a try...you might really like it! And if you don't, then at least you will know and will have tried. I find it tasty but it might not be for everyone. It will never replace a proper pizza dough, but its a good alternative. xxx

I think steaming it would work just as well, it's really just to get rid of the water from the cauliflower. Hope it works :D Xxx
I'll post the steaming result
I read the comments on the link as I have been microwave free for a little over a year and wanted to try this recipe myself. There was a…

It's just nice to have a healthy, tasty alternative that I can have that has a little less calories and carbs, allowing me to stick to my goals. Xxx

I like doing that, or taking beef tomatoes and building pizza stacks. Xxx

I am grateful it's Sunday and I get to spend time with my guy, going for a long walk. Nothing gets better than this <3

I always put recipes into MFP, and my normal basic pizza dough which make the same serving of pizza has 390 calories and 69 g of carbs. This recipe here had 174 calories for the serving and 16g of carbs. I'm not saying it's any better than a proper pizza dough, just a little healthier and a good alternative if your craving…

It smells so good when baking. No, just into a bowl and into the microwave...there is a lot of water that comes out of the cauliflower itself. Xxx

I had looked at it for a while before trying. Totally worth it! Enjoy :D xxx
