Tuna Burgers!
Makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
garlic powder, salt, and pepper, for taste.
Empty contains of tuna cans into a large bowl. Add in 3 eggs. Shred (using a cheese grater) mushroom and onion (and any desired seasonings). Mix and scoop mixture into a burger press. squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Delicately place on a frying pan (lightly greased with olive oil/no stick spray). Cook for 10-15 mins. You want moisture evaporated out of them so that they do not break/fall apart when you flip. Cook other side for 10-15 mins. Although it may seem like you are over cooking, these retain a lot of moisture.
I cooked mine in a little bit of buffalo sauce (hot sauce) to spice it up!

Sounds yummy! Could you tell me what slow carb means? Thanks! I'm eating low carb high protein, veggies, and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit mini meals 4 times a day and I've only lost 1 pound argh!! So would love to try something that might jump start my weightloss better. ( I'm in menopause now so thinking that has some to do with it0
