I know what you mean. I got within 10 lb of my goal weight then completely got off track. I've done best before by limiting carbs and working out regularly. So that's my plan for now but may need to adjust if I don't see results. How about you?

I have a NSV! Got my quarterly blood work back and A1C is down a little (6.6) and cholesterol #s are in the good range. Good to know even if I didn't lose weight in last 3 month challenge my diabetes is still under control. 😃 Now hopefully this challenge I'll see results all around!
