I realized when reading your post, you have some awesome determination. Fall down, get back up and keep going. You inspired me to share a graph of my weight-loss journey (check out the next post); the key to success - through all the ups and down keep. on. going!! Great work. 👏👏

Thank you, and your journey is also amazing. I am trying hard not to give up this time. I made this my last time to get healthy for good. The past couple months I have been struggling, but I am hanging in there and not letting it get me down. Keep sticking to your plan it is working.

Hi All, Well, I've returned home from my vacation in pretty good shape - no weight gain and a little loss:) Still haven't reestablished my good routines though, so my weights been all over the place. I will meet my goals for the challenge though, but not much more. Haven't returned to my exercise routine again yet, but took measurements anyway. I was surprised to see more losses. 🤗Maybe I'm burning fat while building muscle. 🤔... My stats are below. I'm doing a 5K race this Saturday and going on vacation on Sunday so the next weigh-in will be in two weeks. The goal is to not gain any weight.

06/19 - 172.6 Slowly but surely I'm moving in the right direction. I had lots of yummy food on vacation yet stayed pretty active (tennis, weights, running, and swimming).
06/26 - out of town, no scale.
07/03 - 170.2 I'm happy with the results so far but I will have to push myself just a tad bit harder to meet my challenge goal.
07/10 - 169  I have another 5K coming this Saturday 🏃🏻‍♀️ Today I feel especially good about the whole process 💪
07/17 - 167.8 It was a great week for me: lots of workouts, healthy food choices, saying "no" to desserts, and being active through the day most days. All because of the race  If only I could do this every week!
07/24 - 167 Another good week. I'd like to incorporate more mobility work and weight training in the next few weeks.

The next challenge is open for sign-ups: Challenge!

I'm happy to see how well so many people have done. Sticking to something for 3 months alone is no easy feat! It takes focus and determination.

Thank you sooooo much for creating these challenges. I have many fitness/weight apps and this thread is my go to for community and motivation! See you in the next round!!!

You are most welcome! I love reading all your posts in these challenges, they make me feel like we're in this together! You've been doing so well and I know you'll continue to do well in the next challenge too!

    Challenge Goal weight: under 160

    05/29 - 174
    06/05 - 173

07/30 - 166.8 Slow progress is still progress  Just one more month left!

This is my 2nd round of this challenge. I was close to my goal but did not meet it. I worked on a Level 5 - 25 pounds for the last challenge and lost a total of 23.8lbs. I love the challenges because they hold me accountable and make me aware of my choices when want to eat and snack. My weigh-in day is a Friday but joining on the first.

Okay, this is kind of funny. I lost exactly 20 pounds and I was convinced that wouldn't happen. I lost exactly 20 pounds in the last challenge too. So weird, but I'm happy.
I still am going to drop my challenge level to 3 for the next round, so that it's less stressful.
