I know I'm late but I'ooonnncurrr. Going for now, June 18th until August 31st.
Level 3 - 15 pounds ★★★
Starting weight: 212.8
So if I lose 15 pounds I'll be 197.8.
I am currently set at a 2 lbs a week loss. If I achieve that I could be around 192 lbs. (Btw I dont hold myself to the expectation that I will, this is just something I chart to encourage myself to say "look at where you could be if you were consistent" kind if thing).
Anyhow right now I am doing some type of fasting something or another. I honestly have no idea what I am doing. Perhaps I will post an update when I figure it out. Or perhaps I shall stay true to my vacillated nature and be on to something else new tomorrow #kanyeshrug

This past week has been really bad for me. I've been overeating every day. The cravings for food have been very intense, and no matter what I eat, I just want to eat more. I am glad my weight went down, but I'm still disappointed because it could have gone down more, if I had been eating an appropriate amount of food.3 -

I'm doing a 5K race this Saturday and going on vacation on Sunday so the next weigh-in will be in two weeks. The goal is to not gain any weight.
06/19 - 172.6 Slowly but surely I'm moving in the right direction. I had lots of yummy food on vacation yet stayed pretty active (tennis, weights, running, and swimming).

This is my 2nd round of this challenge. I was close to my goal but did not meet it. I worked on a Level 5 - 25 pounds for the last challenge and lost a total of 23.8lbs. I love the challenges because they hold me accountable and make me aware of my choices when want to eat and snack. My weigh-in day is a Friday but joining on the first.

Sorry to go AWOL. A lot of ups and downs over the last month! Biggest down or at least change was the company where I work was acquired by another company. It will be ok but a lot of change, and happening fast.
On the plus side celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Jamaica! Amazing vacation!
So between stress eating and vacation eating definitely up on the scale! I hate duplicating efforts but nothing for it, time to lose those pounds again!2 -

Well, dang. I'm definitely not going to be able to lose another 8.8 pounds in the month that's left in this challenge. I've really been slacking off in this challenge. I've gone over 2000 calories a day nearly every day this past week. I'm honestly floored that my weight went down instead of up.
In order to meet my goal, I guess I could try to be way more strict with my calories. I'm not sure if it's worth being super strict just to meet a challenge. Hmm. We'll see. I'll try to go to 1300 calories a day and see if that's too difficult for me or not. Will update next week with how well that goes!2 -
