I had already started my challenge for 100 miles. I'm not going to make it, but I'm trying to keep it honest. I'm at 45.32 miles thus far. I'm training for a 10 mile run on serious hills so I'm using a half marathon training plan. I'm slower than a turtle, but faster than a snail.

I made them in a 6 muffin tin & my family really liked them. I'm having one with an over easy egg in the morning.

I think it's each individual. My day starts at 4:30am, work starts 6:30am, don't get home until 7:30-8:00 pm, and try to be in bed by 9:30-10 pm. If I eat a big meal too close to bed, I feel sick & don't sleep well. For me, eating breakfast isn't just important, it's also my favorite meal.

JNV7594 just stated how I feel! I can't describe the hunger. I do as JNV7594 said & just eat a LITTLE of what I crave & chalk the calories up as 'crap that happens'. If I stress over it, my blood pressure goes up & I feel like crap even more. Also during that time, I base my calories off my weekly allowance & not daily.…

When you mix in protein powders, how do you keep the powder from turning lumpy? I have whey protein powder & every time I try to add it to something warm, it gets very funky lumpy.

I don't have a gym membership so I use the Swork It app. It's with me wherever I go & I can set up routines for however long I have.

I've got the Garmin Vivofit & it syncs with my note & my galaxy s4 phone. I work at an animal hospital & it's held up against a Pitt bull bite. I like that it's got all the info on it so I can track without having to always upload to my phone.

I always get the cinnamon roll & banana bread. I love them out of the package but they're the best warmed up.

It also depends on if you eat fewer calories. But the more you move, the more likely you are to lose.

I'm only 44 & have had 2 heart attacks. And one time I was hospitalized for 4 days because they couldn't get my blood pressure down. I have a 3 year old I want to see grow up & a 24 year old that I want to be able to spoil her kids.

Plain Yogurt, either Greek or regular, but run it over a cheese cloth (or paper towel) so that it will get rid of some of moisture. If you don't, your crabcakes won't bind and will fall apart. Make sure to measure AFTER you drain it.

I make these with different veggies & different meats. One week was chicken with carrots, green beans, and asparagus. Another was pork with corn, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. I'm with you. Until my third day, then I don't want to eat anything until it's over. The week before is a constant fight not to overeat. A lady at work breezes through hers as if it's not even there.
