I get up a little early to have coffee Snd check my phone for news before going to the gym. Makes it less painful. I get up as early as 4, but usually 445.

Winding down day 5 with some tea. Got a wicked cold, so don't feel much like drinking. Has anyone noticed any weight loss yet?

I started on the 2nd. Will go 31 days!! Did this last year and the weight came off and I felt great. Cheers!!

I don't drink during the week either. It's actually pretty rare for me anymore. Limits the damsge. Ha. Great thread!

Hey guys. I dropped several lbs by going dry in January! It really does help about week two for me. And yes, always a reason to drink!! I'm on day 2. Ha, soon to be day 3. Feeling good

Hi. May I join too?? I did dry January and it was great. Lost weight and felt so goid!!I just got back from holiday and had way too much booze and food. I'd like to go to September 1, so three weeks. I had one todsy but will start tommorrow. I am a wine girl, this is very hard for me to go dry. Super social!

5 feet 3.5 inches and 129 ish. I'm medium build and pretty active. I am not in maintenance yet but really close.

I'm on day 22 today. My husband had wine last night with his filet mignon (we bbq'd). Very tough. He said he wouldn't do that again as wine is my thing. Beer/liquor is not nearly as hard. Feeling great physically! Ran 9 miles yesterday and felt fab.

I'm only on day 20, because I started the 4th, but agree Fridays are the hardest day. I'm going out to dinner tonight and going to order a soda water (no calories but fizzy with a lime). I got this, right???

Day 19 here! Love my red wine too, this has been a big challenge for me, I drink every weekend as well. I have lost a few lbs and I know it's because of the drinking for the most part. Great job everyone!!

Day 14 for me. Great challenge! I have lost 2.2 pounds in two wee k s. Yes not impressive but feel great too. I am gonna do it but weekends are hard.

I'm on day 5 already. How is everyone else doing? I think weekends will be harder, I am trying to think of alternatives too. maybe yoga on a friday evening? ha.

Hi. I just joined and end of day 1. No booze for month part of my plan so I am in. I am missing my wine already! But I eat too much when I drink and honestly probably drink too much. Cheers!
