I weight and portion everything I eat. The past week or so I haven't been sticking with my regular eating due to surgery and taking a break from it all. So I endulged my sweet tooth :) I'm not worried about days I go over, more concerned about days I don't. There are a lot of days I alter my diary just to reach 1,000 to…

Thank you! I never thought of checking out what babies eat! Great idea!

Have you been logging everything accurately? The way to weight loss ultimately comes down to calorie deficit. Do you know your BMR? If not, here is a link to calculate it: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm If you aren't creating a deficit, you won't drop any lbs. Have you been exercising as well? 3 months…

Strength training as well! My current macros are 25/25/50. Trying to lean out and build some muscle and get stronger!
-
Thanks so much girls! Hope you heal quickly!
-
I went through physical therapy, and I try to incorporate those exercises in with my routine. They didn't do much for my back side though lol
-
Thanks for the tip! I'm god it's working for you! Unfortunately I don't have access to a pool on my time schedule
-
Thank you so much for this info! :)
-
Thanks for that info! Has anyone tried NEON Sport's Volt?
-
I am always stuffed and under my calorie goal. Feel free to look at my diary! I try and eat a high protein diet to keep me satisfied and add in protein shakes to reach it which feeds my sweet tooth without the carbs.
-
Have you used this? Does it work really well and really give you that "pump"?
-
Thanks!! I also have a high tolerance to caffeine. My blood is made of coffee! I will see if they have samples when I pick up my protein today!
-
I definitely don't want the crash :# Today is especially rough with dang daylight savings time!
-
Anyone have any experience with this?
-
Yes I agree! That's why I quit using it.

Baked chicken breast. I eat 4oz only seasoned with salt and pepper everyday for lunch with a cup of green veggies. I have upped my protein intake a lot compared to what it used to be. You can take a look at my diary if you need ideas. Just don't look at yesterday, lol, it was a cheat day! ;)

I drink coffee all day to stay alert at my desk so it really doesn't affect me anymore :/ And though I would love tootsie pops, lol, I need a bit more bang and a little less sugar :)

Hope this helps! http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macro-math-3-keys-to-dialing-in-your-macro-ratios.html

This is what I use. It's low calorie/low carb and has great taste! I mix mine with water to keep my calories down. I just make it a bit more concentrated. Try the double cocolate! It has really helped me hit my protein goal each day!
-
I use Optimum Nutrion Gold Standard 100% whey protein powder. I love it. It is low cal (120 for I scoop @ 24g of protein) and low carb and has great flavor! I mix mine with water because I hate milk and it's just added fat calories.

That's awesome! I love food, beer and wine! So it has been super hard for me to give those things up! Once I got in the habit of my diet, I don't even really crave a cheat day! I almost ordered pizza for my cheat last week, but I changed my mind once I realized how much work it would take to burn off a couple slices. Lol

I try to eat clean. Feel free to add me. My diary is open

You can add me. My diary is open. I try to eat as clean as I can. Mainly chicken, veggies and fruit and protein shakes. I have a weakness for sweets though
-
Butterfly kicks, Russian twists, cross body mountain climbers, crunches and reverse crunches. And of course eating right and cardio.
-
Feel free to add me :) This app has been great to hold myself accountable for what and how much I eat. I never realized how many calories I had been consuming until I stared recording and changing my lifestyle! I too am basing my progress off of inches and general well being.
-
I am 5'1" and currently 122lbs. My GW is a lean 110. Strength training has been causing the scale to drop a little slower than cardio alone. Inches are falling off quick though!
-
I want in on the 4 lbs by the 29th! I have lost 2 in the past week so hopefully I can keep it up! 5'1" SW:122 (2/17) GW:118 (by 2/29) Good luck everyone! We can do this!
-
Have you tried measuring yourself instead of weighing? I had the same problem. Come to find out, inches were melting away, but I had been replacing the weight of my fat with the weight of my muscle. Don't get discouraged!

5'1" 27 y/o HW: 136 CW: 126 GW: 105 I am not as concerned with weight as I am with measurements. I am doing some weight lifting as well as diet and cardio so I expect to gain some muscle to misconstrue my progress as far as lbs lost is concerned.
