I am having a wisdom tooth removed tomorrow. What are some healthy and low calorie soft foods I could eat to stay on track while I heal?

Natural yogurt. Soft fruit, maybe look up what babies can eat when they are at the pureed stage. Oh and soup. Good luck with your surgery

Thank you! I never thought of checking out what babies eat! Great idea!

Eggs, yogurt, soups without big chunks, applesauce, roasted fruits or veggies if they're soft enough.

I wanted to add milkshakes but no straws for you... perhaps you could use a spoon!

I survived on soup for 2 days after I had mine out.

I just went through this after abdominal surgery. My staples were eggs, pureed soups, yogurt (especially Greek yogurt with added protein powder), oatmeal, cream of wheat, and gelatin. I did not make Jello. I didn't want the sugar in regular jello and I don't like the taste of sugar free jello so I made my own with unflavored gelatin and Crystal Light or Mio. One envelope of unflavored gelatin will gel 2 cups of water, which is the right amount for one packet of Crystal Light.

    Aww. I remember that.

-yogurt, cottage cheese, smoothies (you can sip but no straw), sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, soup, scrambled eggs, soft beans, apple sauce.

    Wishing you a quick recovery.

    Hummus.

Also, remember that you won't be eating most of what you usually eat, so you may not necessarily need "low calorie" soft foods.

Oh goodness I totally did this last year and I survived on Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, noosa, and ice cream.

But if I were to do it over again id probably add more scrambled eggs, refried beans, soups, and healthier purees.

Honestly just work on not letting that clot come out. Do NOT many much sucking motions. Mine did. I got dry socket. Nights were memorable.
