Depends on where you are. Where I live it's safe to drink to tapper, at my work office it is not. Personal preference I guess

I was the same way. I was even nervous to workout in front of my boyfriend lol. Just more or less the thought of people seeing you and judging you etc. Espically when you're a beginner, I've just sucked it up go in and do my thing. Now that I've gotten over it the anxiety of it it's really not so bad. Most are in there to…

where in Canada do you live that a bag of vegetables is 8$ ??? I'm in the GTA and you can get a good size bag on sale regularly for 2.49...smaller bags for less...[/quote] Wondering the same thing. I live in NB, Loblaw stores seem to have decent pricing. If you by PC brand or NN cost isnt too bad. Walmart is good for…

I use gold standard double chocolate flavour. I make a smoothie in the morning, spinach, 1 banana, skim milk and one scoop of powder. Its easier to have that at breakfast through the work week.

I have the issue sometimes. Lately I've been drinking tea to help with the cravings. I am drinking Red Velvet Cake tea from Davids Tea, it definitely helps with the sweets cravings.

I've tried a few protein powders. I find ON to be quite thin mixed with milk. I usually just use water, doesn't taste that bad either in water.
-
I've been using Gold Standard Vanilla, light tasting mixes easy. Usually one a day depending on what I've already eaten and what I need to consume to reach macro intake.
-
I've been using total lean shakes from gnc . They are considered "meal replacement ". They are easy especially first thing in the morning . I do not use them everyday usually only when I work early . I just grab one and go
-
I use biox , gold standard most of the time. One or the other is usually on sale when it comes to get more. I've used cellucor as well as mts. But not a fan of those two.

Protein powder is easy . For me it is also cheaper. Buying meat can be very expletive. Protein powder is expensive up front but cheaper in the long run.

Fat loss products even state on them or most I've seen to use in conjunction with a exercise and diet plan. It won't work on its own. I usually just use xtc thermal , it's a thermogenic, before I workout it gives you some energy and focus as well as heightens your body's temperature.
-
I use pre workouts about 3-4 times a week. Don't rely on them. They help me get a small bit of energy epically when trying to workout after a really long shift at work. I use c4 usually half a scoop does it for me, or xtc thermal by nutribolics.

Sometimes ill buy flavored carbonated water. My local grocery store sells them they are all natural so no weird chemicals to make it taste good. The lemon and lime are similar to Sprite(less sweet ) . It makes it easier to drink water

My biggest problem was getting the right mindset to do it and stick to it. You need to look at as a lifestyle change. I still could be better at logging daily but I do stick to my plan as best as I can. You can also hire a trainer/coach. Also meal prepping, it gives you no excuse to get off track already having meals ready…

You'd be better off to buy some, thing other than herbalife it is very expensive. Where I am I get biox power whey it's around 65$ for 5lbs which has 70 servings, herbalife can get quite expensive I do believe they mostly have 1 month worth of servings for the same price .. Which is a lot.

The only supplements I find useful are fish oils, whey protein and I do take a multivitamin. I use protein to help supplement my protein intake if I can't reach it , I don't rely indefinitely on them.

Mini eggs tons of mini eggs. Plus a few chocolate bunnies. So much for summertime bikini body

Most reviews I've read on quest protein say it's better for baking considering it's really thick from casein. I like a thinner protein shake maybe I'm weird :p it really all depends on you I've tried several and the one I'm most happy with lately is biox power whey and mts both in chocolate.

Relax its not a diet pill. It is found in fruit it helps combat various diseases (or so they say) and may help in combating against obesity or slow down the body from gaining weight. It's. Not a fat burning supplement or diuretic

Lower your calories a bit or do more cardio it may help , it worked for me may not for you though

Cellucor is good . I've had strawberry (really good) vanilla is pretty basic as any other and the chocolate. Biox power whey is similar tasting op gold standard whey. I've also tried promasil, but it costs far to much now. I've just recently bought a tub of mts machine whey in the chocolate. I mix with water so the taste…

You shouldn't cut down in calories so drastically, you'll see quick results but your body may go into starvation mode where it's used to 4000 , MFP seems to go quite extreme I have mine currently at 1550 just a thought :)

Heavy weights and squats will do wonders.

I use shakes right now I'm using mts whey , low carbs and fat. Or instead I eat one of those flavoured cans of tuna lots of protein in those
