i am starting my weight loss journey. One of my biggest obstacles is eating breakfast. I despise eggs and do not like to cook early in the morning. Does anyone have any breakfast smoothie recipes that are not high in sugar or fat???

I've been using total lean shakes from gnc . They are considered "meal replacement ". They are easy especially first thing in the morning . I do not use them everyday usually only when I work early . I just grab one and go

I just tried Pure Protein Vanilla. It comes in individual packets or a large canister. In a food processor: mix + water + frozen strawberries. Thick & yummy. I also tried EAS Chocolate protein mix - I didn't like the flavor. My only suggestion is to look for single serving packets and find a brand that you like. I find adding frozen fruit gives a better consistency. So far I have tried bananas, strawberries & oranges.

1 c. milk of any kind, 1 banana, 1 T. cocoa, 1/2 c. black beans. Sounds weird, but it's wonderful and loaded with nutrition.

Get a whey protein powder. You can use milk, water or almond milk ( 1cup). Then you can add some fruits, like a banana or strawberries. You can add other things like peanutbutter, it just depends how many calories, carbs, protein you want in your shake.
