2 miles on my walking pad. Been doing 2 miles a day since Saturday. Friday was only 1.7. I’m going to try and keep it going because I’m 5’4” and am way too heavy for this height.

Went on a 2.6 mile walk up to a local park went around once then back home. I have a few free weights and a kettle bell. I think I’ll just stick to the walking for now because it’s been so long since I’ve exercised just the walking tires me out.

Doctor never said anything about weight and migraines being related I think she was just focusing on the fact that I’m 5’4” and being over 200 lbs is so not healthy.

I recently went to the doctor because of a migraine and at the end of my visit the doctor says “and you should really try to focus on losing weight.” I’m sitting there thinking I know I’m a CHUB CHUB, don’t need to point it out. I need to lose a 95 lbs 🙁

Nope not the same thing. The street striders handle bars move back and forth like an elliptical. It also has different resistance levels.

When I was in my early 20's I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled because my gums kept growing over it. Was kinda painful. I would say go see a dentist and get an x-ray buuut, ya know.

What's on my mind? Let's see.... ha nothing really just pokin' around this sigh. I have been awake since 4 A.M. Not sure why. My brain just does that to me. Enjoying the silence for now.
