Snack recommendations
So I was thinking of trying the no sugar, no junk for 21 days deal. I know I can have fruit as a snack but what else? Hummus and pretzels. I'm glad I like hummus. Greek yogurt. Should I just buy a few rotisserie chickens and just stick to that? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant with twins. I'm up 14 pounds. I've been walking a mile and a half at least 6 days a week for the past few months. Sadly. Today I was only able to handle 1 mile. Ok to work out during pregnancy but when you find out your carrying TWINS it's a whole new ball game

So I don't have a fitness tracker. I went to an Aqua Zumba class today and googled how much someone who weighs what I do would burn. If gave an approximate number. So should I just go with that for now? I'm frustrated.

Question about processed foods
So I've seen the commercials for the Fiber One I think it's like 90 calorie brownie bars. But if your trying to eat healthy why would you want to eat something like that? Wouldn't it be better to have an apple or something?

Eat before or after
I recently purchased a mini trampoline for Rebounding. I wake up and start a 20 minute workout. Jump in the shower then eat something for breakfast. Is this good idea? Or should I do it at the end of my night. Only thing is the end of my night is like 9:30.
