Motivation

So this is my dilemma. I feel like I'm a morning work out person. Is there such a thing? I went to the gym today about 12:30 pm. I was so not in to it. My machine of choice when I can get to the gym before 8 am is usually the elliptical. 30-40 minutes to get me going then weights.
Not today. It was cycling for about 30 minutes then weights but I couldn't get into it.
Looking for some tips from my fellow MFP peeps.

    fake it til you make it. Just go until it becomes routine and habit and fun. You don't have to be motivated to get in a workout, just go and do it and don't worry if you are motivated or not. Just do it.

    set some goals, i used to use a spreadsheet and i'd set goals at the beginning of the week and challenge myself to meet every goal. getting to the gym is 90% of the battle, once you are there do what you can, at least you were there. Always get there even if its not the greatest workout, you're getting into the routine of going.

    I was thinking that the next time I feel that way I'm just going to do some laps in the pool.
