You can do dumbbell squats, Dumbbell walking lunges, dumbbell seated rows, dumbbell overhead press, dumbbell bench press or flies. There is a lot you can do with Dumbbells.

I workout at night too. I'm not the perky type in the morning and don't like feeling sore going to work. I sleep really well after a good workout.

I tried it a couple years ago and it wasn't for me. I had horrible mood swings on it, very uncontrollable emotions, I had to quit right away.

I've recently been eating oatmeal lately as well. I've been putting plain Greek yogurt in it. It makes it so creamy, very good texture and taste.

Didn't lose anything once again this week. (I worked out like crazy) little discouraged. Managed to lose 4 pounds last month, original goal was 9lbs, found out that was unrealistic, so aiming for 4lbs again this month. I'm not giving up!

I work with medications every day and any anti depressant can make you gain weight. Every individual is different but I wouldn't count on it with aiding in weight loss.
