  • Right outside Boston! Enjoying the first snow fall today❄️❄️❄️❄️☃️⛄️
  • I just had a upper endoscopy for GI issues and Hpylori and yeast where found. I'm not on any steroid, inhalers, or immunocompromised. Healthy female, other then the GI stuff. I'm on 2 week course of meds for Hpylori and then another week of difucan for yeast.
  • I agree.... It's taken me 2 years!!! But I'm 70lbs lighter and full of solid muscle!!! I'm on my last 10 lbs which will probably take me another year. It's very frustrating but you learn to not focus solely on the scale and look at other achievements ( smaller measurements or fitness goals). I didn't want to get to my goal…
  • I agree!!!
  • Honestly I know there is nothing better then the old Fashion diet and exercise. Thanks! I just had a moment of weakness. These last 10 lbs are a *kitten*!!! My scale is moving with my current regimen. I guess Im just getting a little impatient. It happens every few months. You would think after 2 years at this I would get…

  • I'm coming up to my 2 yr anniversary since I started this weight loss journey.. Almost 70lbs lost!!! I have a very busy life, work long hours as a nurse, mom and wife, take care of mom, and help my recently widowed sister with her 2 kids. Once I made myself a priority as well I realized I still way able to take care of…
  • Great job!! My husband and I are on this journey together and it's been such a blessing. Best part is my 6 year old doesn't remember a time when we didn't workout and eat well.
  • Stay strong!!! When I gave in and a few meals out became more and more I gained 50lbs. I eventually stopped going to gym too because he didn't want to workout as much and it ended up effected my decision of going. I finally woke up and changed my eating habits and started working out. After a few months he climbed on board…
  • Onederland has been so much fun so keep it up you guys and gals.... It's worth all the hard work!!!
  • Great job!!!
  • You look amazing. What are the top 5 things you contribute to your success?
  • I also do measurements and see even though the scale hasn't moved down my measurements are. I'm surprisingly getting impatient with the last 10lbs. I know slow and steady has worked for me, I have made life long changed and know that every lb that comes off I WILL NOT see again. I just wanna get to that finish line!…

  • Thanks for the support. I'm away for a Mommys getaway. So today I woke up ate the food I brought with me and went to gym. Ate the food I brought for lunch and FEEL great. Everyone still did what they wanted and didn't bug me about my routine. I plan to be "good" and stay on track for the day and later if I have a drink and…
  • I just ended my "good day" with satisfying my PB craving. I didn't know were the craving came from but I tried to eat another snack to help but still Had the craving. I gave in and moved on. The PB2 is great in my shakes but not the same with toast. Just remember in the future to measure PB when eating it with banana,…
  • Protein rich foods have helped with my issues. I try to eat something every 2-3 hours. I've lost 60lbs and it is better but still around.

  • Not sure of your overall goals but this APP works! I've lost 60lbs and feel like this app and support group has been very helpful. Add me if you'd like...
  • I agree!!
  • I've always wanted to visit Chicago!!! Someday.. I've been on my healthy journey for 1 1/2 years using this App, it's great, it keeps me focused. I eat healthy and workout regularly. Set workout goals and keep challenging yourself. I've lost over 60lbs and have 10-15 more to go. Add me if you'd like, I'm always looking to…
  • Great job so far!! You are at my goal weight right now. I started at 230 and now at 168. When u eat at a deficit your body gets use to it and adjusts to that Amt to survive. Bless you for eating that little that wasn't much especially with exercising. Try to calorie cycle throughout the week. For example: M-F alternate…
  • I agree with some that say it can just be a mental thing but if so I don't mind the $15/month for a mental boost! My gym buddy, husband and I tried a BCAA at the same time. All 3 of us like it. I don't feel that burn as much as before when I go heavy with lifting and when I sprint on treadmill I can last longer in my fast…
  • Wow I was just about to write the same thing! You need to rev up your metabolism. It's adapted to 1400 calories/day to survive. I would add in a little exercise too. For long term success of keeping the weight off its undeniably that one needs to workout as well. Also when eating at a deficit it's good to actually…
  • It's not that carbs are bad but processed simple carbs do cause increase in cravings for more carbs. I have experienced this first hand. When I've stuck with complex carbs, little to no simple carbs, I don't having cravings. I stay at 35% of total calories which isn't too low, on average 140-160. When ever I have a cheat…
  • Do both! If you are doing cardio 5x week switch it up. I did this and lost 60lbs! I started on treadmill at 20 min/miles no incline. Now I can jog a 10min/miles and power walk 13.5min/miles. No matter which you use DONT do steady state cardio! Mix up the intensity every few mins....speed, incline or resistance! You will…
  • I've tried both ways and I actually need the energy boost from my 20 min cardio session to do my best with lifting. I periodically try to do weights first and feel the lack of energy. My friends tell me I'm doing it wrong but I feel like my body likes it this way. I get a good mod intense interval cardio session in and…
  • BMI <24.9 is considered Normal Weight. For my height, 160lbs puts me right around 24.9. 155lbs gives me a little wiggle room once I get to maintenance. It's more like 12lbs.
  • A little about me: 40 years old. 5'7.5" Sw:230 Cw:167 Gw:155 I work full time as a nurse, a mom to an active 5 yr old,a wife, a caregiver to an aging mom, and supporter of my recently widowed sister and 2 daughters. I've been on this journey for 19 months. I started out walking 18 min miles for 20-30 mins to now jogging…
