Fat burners

Has anyone had experience using?
Someone at work mentioned recently that I should try using fat burners along with my diet and exercise regimen to get better results. My recent goal has been to get rid of the last 10 lbs. I've lost almost 70lbs over the last 2 years with diet and exercising. I've done it slow and steady but have made tons of new habits I plan to continue for life!
Any advice?!

If fat burners worked there would be no fat people in the world, no?1

Fat burners fall into one of two categories: they are either dangerous or they don't work. You're risking health or wasting money and that's not a gamble I take lightly. You've done well so far, keep it up.1

I know someone who drinks fat burners all the time but she only loses weight when she watches what she eats. Taking fat burners without a proper diet takes her nowhere. She currently needs to lose 20 lbs. I don't drink fat burners. I do drink coffee and green tea, watch what I eat and exercise. I'd be interested to see if someone has experienced accelerated weight loss due to those fat burners.0

Amazing loss. Why would you lose patience and look for shortcuts now? Stick to the plan that has worked for you up to this point.2

Cardio is a fat burner, right?
Many many years ago I took some fat burner thing called Stacker 2. I thought my heart was going to burst through my chest. Now I get that same feeling when I do Burpees, and they're free!0 -
I'm going to go against the crowd here. Even if what you take causes a placebo effect, (as long as you're being safe) who cares if the weight goes. I've used Apple Cider Vinegar with decent results. You can view a study on ACV usage for weight loss here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19661687
I drink it in a "tea" with cayenne and tumeric to help assist with inflammation.
As for the traditional fat burning pills, I'd skip them. They're expensive and at best will make you lose water weight. At worst, you're going to feel pretty awful for a few hours.

Congratulations on your incredible weight loss!
As others said, they don't work. I tried both OTC and prescription under a weight loss doctor run clinic. They only thing that got skinny was my wallet.0 -
The only fat burner out there is CI<CO.
Nothing else compares. It actually works and it is FREE.0 -
Honestly I know there is nothing better then the old Fashion diet and exercise. Thanks! I just had a moment of weakness. These last 10 lbs are a *kitten*!!!
My scale is moving with my current regimen. I guess Im just getting a little impatient. It happens every few months. You would think after 2 years at this I would get use to it.
Thanks again!0
