Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new on this app, I'm really trying to cut down for the summer, what are some of your goals? How do you stay motivated?

    Welcome! I watch workout videos. I go to the gym, and see other people working out so it motivates me.

    I've always wanted to visit Chicago!!! Someday..
    I've been on my healthy journey for 1 1/2 years using this App, it's great, it keeps me focused.
    I eat healthy and workout regularly. Set workout goals and keep challenging yourself. I've lost over 60lbs and have 10-15 more to go. Add me if you'd like, I'm always looking to add more dudes to my MFP friends support system.

    Welcome, @shadiisshac!

    My goals: lose about 5 more pounds and increase my endurance such that I can run 5K (and eventually beyond) without wanting to die.

    How I stay motivated: when I'm diligent about logging food and consistent in my workout routine, I get results. People are starting to compliment me on my progress, and that's highly motivating!
