BMI <24.9 is considered Normal Weight.
For my height, 160lbs puts me right around 24.9. 155lbs gives me a little wiggle room once I get to maintenance. It's more like 12lbs.3 -
A very very inspiring thread. I have it bookmarked so I can get all the updates. You all look amazing before and after. The after pics are almost unrecognizable (in a good way). Btw, after 40-60 lb weight loss, did you go and get a new driver's license? If yes, just for vanity, or were people having trouble IDing you with the old DL?1

I hit the 50 pound mark yesterday! I'm 5'7". It took exactly 6 months. I have a long way to go but I consider this a big milestone . Couldn't have done it without this app. Makes watching what you eat so easy. Exercise is my biggest change. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do 6.5 miles on the elliptical in 65 mins + 30 mins on the treadmill at 3.5 mph. I feel great.

Can't believe I'm about to post these, I'm still not done. Half way to my goal.
I started back in summer 2013, after having my 3rd baby. I didn't feel good about myself and was just depressed getting dressed everyday. So my husband got us started on Insanity. It completely changed my relationship and viewpoint of working out, it felt good to sweat and work hard. I was making small progressions with weight loss and lots of inches. Then, I got pregnant with our 4th. Kinda threw me for a loop. I was afraid of having to reset. But I stayed active thru my pregnancy and was able to get back at it, January 2015. I've been going for a little over a year now, my biggest losses have been while incorporating whole30, into my routine. Which currently is hiit on YouTube. I walk an average of 15-20k steps a day and have this past week started stronglifts. I have 15 lbs to go to hit 140, which for my height at 5'7" I'm hoping feels right. Anyways, you ladies are all such inspirations and helps to keep me focused on my goals.

Ha! No, I didn't get a new license, just let them do a double take and compliment you on your new look! (Actually it only happens with my passport and it's usually due to a different hair style, not because my cheeks are thinner )0 -
Lol! I would worry about getting singled out for special checks for the passport, and thats not easy to replace like the DL. That gives me extra motivation as I am supposed to get a new passport next year, and I would like to lose total 50 lb by then.0

This is very inspiring I applaud all of you for all the hard work you have put in. ☺️0
