Leg workout DONE!
Did front and rear squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, and weighted lunges.
Walking like a cripple and proud! lol

    I work calfs twice a week. Never on leg day...when you train legs as hard as I do you don't need to do them.
    My calfs are well developed so all I do is maintain them.

    i never do specific calf exercises, i dont think its necessary when you have a solid leg workout.

    It cracks me up when lifters talk about leg day--Don't get me wrong, I respect what you guys do.

    I'm just a runner & cyclist, and I spend my time around folks with massive calves, and no muscle definition above the waist. We're all like, "Arm day!" :p
