Without knowing more about you and your goals its hard to be 100% but looking at your calorie intake you fall short of 1200calories everyday. is that a diet your doing or just happen to fall short ? Anythign under 1200 calories is considered to be putting your body into starvation mode. Especially when done day after day.…

Well done you've done amazing girl . Bio oil is something chemist recommend for stretch marks . Works wonders that stuff as for lose skin your still really young so with patience it should bounce back definitely keep up the weight training and lifting to improve your chances :) you do look great though so don't stress :)

I found the same thing especially if i haven't drank enough water. I end up lethargic and hungry. Probably is a mind set thing for me ( old habits being relived) but i drink a bit of diet drinks as its a nice taste with out the disguting sugar feel and im not wasting and of my food calories. 6-7kgs. In two weeks. I was very large when i first started so going from nothing to doing 1200 calories, so i instantly lost water weight then fat very quickly. Pretty much was losing 1-2kgs a wekk from then on till it slowed down when i lost more and more.

Im a small brekkie eater too. I usually only eat a piece of whole meal bread ( toast) with a light butter and either vegemite or peanut butter. anywhere from 115-150 calories. if i add a poached egg instead its still around 200 calories.

Even though people will argue calorie counting doesn't work or isn't needed doesn't mean it won't work. Stick to it :) I've lost 35kgs using calorie counting I was on 1200calories a day for 6 weeks at a time and seen some pretty good results. You definitely need to have some snacks smaller portions will allow for snacks save one snack for after work. I go for mango sorbet "ice cream" that's literally like 63 calories so it's almost guilt free and kills my cravings. Some people would say being on an empty stomach while doing any cardio is best as it would burn fat more. If your doing a really heavy cardio a light snack would be best but casual walks it should be ok to skip the meal till later.

Well Done Danni. I've lost a lot of weight myself just by being on 1200 calories a day. im currently at about 35kgs lost :) just goes to show that watching what you eat and some easy exercise really can pay off. You look great and hope it makes you feel great :)

If you've got a craving at night even if you give in, make sure its something small i eat a "ice cream" that is only 63 calories. it takes the edge off if im pekish or have a sweet tooth. It't actually a Mango sorbet "ice cream" made by simply less at Coles its on my food diary often haha. its not healthy but it sure beats…
