I love those cafe steamers frozen dinners. Fairly low cal, but the sauces are tasty. Sodium ehh.. between 500 - 600 mg per serving

Hi Lynn, I also had a 5yr run of personal hardship. One morning I woke up and weighed myself and found I was close to 400 pounds. Im now 228, and still losing. Dont get discouraged, you can do it. Welcome!

I snack a lot less now that I use mfp. If nothing else it made me aware of what and how much I was putting in my mouth.

What programs do you all use. Some of them look pretty fancy. I use weight tracker by sound tells. It was a free download. Yes I weigh myself daily.

I lost 50lbs before people began to notice. Then I started to get those "Are you healthy?" questions.

Take them to a tailor. The end results will be worth it. I brought a bunch of jackets to the tailor. Half he was able to take in. The other half he showed me how the patterns would look "off" if he took them in that much.

I feel fine. No noticeable difference in activity levels or sleep. No certain day or days.
