For me the "Keto Flu" was exactly like withdraws. I was a pasta muchin machine, and god forbid there was ice cream in the house. The "Keto Flu" is your body crying out for those carbs.

I have had heart palps on and off for the past few months...definitely diet related for me. To ease this, I chug down water with a little salt in it...then chug more water w/o salt.

1.) Bacon & bacon grease to fry my eggs in. 2.) BPC and pumpkin spice flavor. 3.) BUTTER on everything!

My morning BPC has been working just fine for me. Only a few days here and there with constipation. Usually a good fat bomb before bed clears that up.

I get the stall and gain a few before and during. All gain goes away after the "deflation" towards the end of my AF attack. I started Keto a week before my AF and have stayed pretty much in the 28 day range. Give or take a few days. I have been tracking my AF since I went off "the pill" 18 years ago. Through regular…

I count all the carbs, and stay under 20 total for my day.

This is what I do as well. Plenty of mug cake recipes out there, just have to try a few to see what you like.

I go for diet sodas, in the small cans when I can find them. The ones that are around half the size of a normal can. Gives me the carbonation that I enjoy, without O.D.ing on fake sugar.

Yes! I found mine at the local Walmart.

Have you tried taking a Magnesium sup before bed? This helps me fight the insomnia from time to time.

Try some information from this site.... ketogenic-diet-resource.com/calorie-counting.html It states, for some people calorie counting may be necessary, for others, not so much. I have used this site to attempt to answer my own questions. Calories differ for people.

I personally eat based on my activity level. If I am active that day I tend to eat more. Which will go over my calculated caloric intake. If she is an active person, she will burn off the calories she eats. While in the Keto diet, she will need to listen to what her body is telling her. If her body is saying "hey you...I…

I wanted to get back into shape when I couldn't work on my motorcycles anymore. Knees still don't like kneeling down, but I don't have sausage fingers anymore. Welcome to the group :)

I prefer more butter to coconut oil ratio with my BPC, with a splash of heavy cream and into the blender it goes.

I baked heart shaped rolled peanut butter cookies for my man for Valentine's Day. I packed up the best ones and mailed 2 dozen to him. :) I tasted just to be sure they were good and my mom saved my from the rest. No violent reaction from the cookie bite I had, and he really enjoyed them.

When in doubt, count them all. Better safe than sorry :)

You could try to find a few 3 compartment microwave safe plastic dishes with lids and make a few meals in advance. Freeze until ready to eat. My Aunt does this all the time :)

I just input the recipes by hand with the ingredient brands I use.

I use this when I calculate my stuff, has been working pretty good so far. ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods

I love those for appetite suppression!

The big stomach upsetting thing for me is sucralose and other artificial sweeteners. I have been weening myself off them but still have an antacid once and a while.

Spam is great stuff cold out of the can or fried, and comes in many flavors.

Hey there!

Due to mobility issues, I enjoy resistance band workouts. Don't want to hobble to the gym and embarrass myself. So I follow my own workouts at home that I printed up to keep my muscle strength. (killed my knees over the past 20 years)

The only cravings that I have had has been baby brussels sprouts and broccoli florets covered in velveeta cheese. Which I had to satisfy or I couldn't stop thinking about it.

I used a lot of these video's as a kind of research before trying Keto. I enjoy what they have to say a lot.

Sometimes I add a little raspberry extract and coco to mine as a dessert BPC.

Gotta have my coffee. BPC full caffeine in the morning, then decaf at night.

After I cut the egg mix in half, I do kind of a pizza slicing to it. Making 6 even slices. One slice in bowl, break up half a slice of cheese, add another egg slice and top with rest of cheese slice. Add last egg slice and done. Do this for both bowls and the hot egg mix will melt the cheese. Top with sour cream of choice.…
