YeH Yeah your both right I just don't wanna be too small or to fat :( if I bulk I'll feel fater if I cut I'll feel small if I maintain would I be able to loss fat and gain but do it slowly

Alright man thanks!! My lifts all went up so I don't think I lost anything really. I can Hit 3meals a day easy breakfast oat meal with 30g shake dinner and lunch 125g rice with 130g chicken "30g protein and 30 carbs"should I get a weight gainer to add more carbs and calories?

Going to kill chest and arms now actually somebody link me to a program I can do to loss some body fat in 6weeks I am around 14% now

I am doing body Splits like back one day chest the other legs shoulders arms the normally stuff.

This could sound unbelievable but my arms were 9"when I started and now they are 13.5" is that the golden age people are talking about. Also I don't understand the 5/3/1 the % thing I don't get at all :(

I started at 200pounds"fat" then went to 145 skinny now I am 165+ which is alright for my first year of training
