What should i do if it takes me longer than 12 weeks to get lean? keep going?
I did my first cut after my first bulk I went from 180-166lbs give or take 2lbs it lasted 12weeks then I stopped because I didn't like feeling small in my clothes I am bulking now 3.2k calories daily how long should I bulk and cut?

I am a bit confused now I have finished my cut lost some weight don't know if I should do a proper bulk because when I started my cut I wasn't that big but I got a bit fat under the chin so I stop my bulk. I understand how to track macros now should I get a weight gainer and add some more calories to my same diet ? Need…

Finished my cut lost 14lbs in 12weeks
But don't know if it was too much my chest looks smaller but more definition should I do a maintain diet or do a bulk with same foods just add a weight gainer? I do the normal bodybuilding splits. Need training and diet advice

Chest, back grow but arms not as much why?
Need some advice. My chest and back have gotten a lot bigger more defined bit my arms only getting more defined not size why is this? My chest is about 42" arms are 14.5" Flex I am 164lbs 5"11

Trying to loss 15 pounds
Started at 176lbs 4weeks in my low calorie diet I am about 169lbs now body fat was 16.90% now it's 16%. 1.8k calories a day good or bad in your opinion?

want to gain some more muscle
If you look at my profile I am 168lbs now I eat 2.3k calories I have been taking bio gro for the past week. I started working out at 150pounds a year ago. I just need some advice on what workouts to do I have do full body for 3 weeks and I did 8weeks of body splits 4/5days a week.

I am 170lbs 5"10 about 18% body fat been working out since I was 140lbs I can see abs below my chest but that's it. I want to be 12% body fat I work out 5 days a week each body part been doing abs more for past 2 weeks.

2.5k calories a day will be my minimum soon because I am buying serious mass. I weigh168lbs in morning I want to be around the 190lbs Mark. 5days a week training. I can't eat nuts btw
