want to try a mini cut

Haven't tried to loss body fat yet,I feel that I need to loss some weight any tips,tricks and advice on what I should be doing e.g. full body workout? 5day splits... I want this cut to last about4weeks if possible.I am 6foot tall and 170lbs,BF18 I think 14%would be nice for the summer.

    Work out maintenance calories, eat at 20% deficit, LISS and HIIT cardio 7 days a week, lift 3 days a week. Try a fat burning stack such as EC for short term results.

    No idea what a far burn stack is but I assume LISS to be Low Intensity Steady State, as in cardio - jogging nice and steady, that kind of thing.
