OK, I adjusted Saturdays and today's weights, and shall be honest and weigh everything from now on.

OK, thanks all of you. I am weighing everything from now on. Still if you look at some days, it is still a wonder I have not lost weight. The Beety juice, I weighed everything this morning, but then when I renewed it, there were still places that called for amounts, which were not added on the weight and measure chart.

What happened to me, was that when I went to my daughter's at Christmas, I found she was on the Michele Bridges diet. While i was there I ate the same as her and went walking up hills each day. I lost seven kilos. When I came home I continued the exercise and went onto this site. I weigh about the same as when I came back…

My inches have gone down, I know that by my clothes but the scales remain the same. Every little thing is logged even the short walks.

Check my chart, I guess I do get a bit lazy with the exercise but I try each day.

Ok, so I thought I should cut out fruit in the late afternoon, and only have two helpings. As for the nuts, I think I shall try without for a while to see although it is hard to give them up completely.

I have absolutely no idea how many calories I am using or my speed. The interval running takes it out of me, but this way I think I shall loose that stubborn weight. I shall look into Map My run and thanks all of you for your help.

No I put that in but it did not find it. Oh well, I guess it will just have to be a very brisk walk instead

Thanks for replying I am slack in not replying. I am not going to give in, but I do have an underactive thyroid and I am sure this makes a difference. I could loose it easier a year ago, but my body must have slowed down even worse. Nevertheless I shall keep on keeping on.

Hello I think you need another blood test as it sounds as if your levels are to low. It took some time before the doctor got my level right, diet does work but as you have found out it takes longer. I am also going gluten free and it seems to be working well.
