My children are aged 2 and 10 months old. I work out 5 days a week at home doing fitness dvds, it was a really hard routine to get into but it has worked. I tried to get my two year old involved and my 10 month old I just have to keep my eye out on where she is.

Okay thank you very much will make those adjustments, I just thought as I am a larger person that with exercising and eating right I would lose as long as there is a decent deficit each day.

I've been at this weight for about 2 or 3 weeks. Thank you for your comments i want to do a program mainly focused around weights to help with my weight loss but i am not really interested in joining a gym I have a weight bench and a bunch of weights to go with it. I just have no idea how to start really.

Thank you I will make sure I stretch before and after, will i always feel so hungry though after i've run? or is this my body adapting to it? As I don't want to over eat but I feel my body needs it
