omg i didnt know you could adjust carbs and fats? i would love more fats and a little less carbies haha. im at 300C 44F 111P on a bulk :) 2000 cals a day but im losing :( gahh

iifym.com provides some pretty accurate numbers for maintaining and cutting :) I know its not for everyone but it may help you :) Great work on the bulk :) take care and you still look fabulous without cutting! What would you want to cut down to for your beach vacay?

Hey thanks for replying :) i didn't track all week and it was lovely to have a break. the day i got back the scale said i gained 2.5kgs, but then a day later it was down 1.4kgs, so im thinking it was all water retention from alcohol and lots of sodium based foods. So im happy cause i get to hopefully make gains the right…

Best of luck man :) I feel like im eating like a guy at the moment with the macros im on lol. 2054 calories, C- 301 F- 44 P- 111. Ive actually lost weight on these reccomendations though...its been 2 weeks of these macros. - Do you have any suggestions? Should i increase carbs by 10g and fats by 5 g etc?? A little bit lost…

I've noticed a huge increase in energy now that im eating more carbs :) And way better workouts too :) When I used to run a lot and not eat as many carbs I ALWAYS felt like death at 11am everyday. don't be scared of them :) Good luck!

im currently bulking and using an IIFYM approach :) I think managing my fibre in take is a big part of it and I havnt experienced too much bloating :)
