Love the idea of photograph with a friend.. Having someone to do this journey with in whatever form it takes really makes a difference. The yoghurt I eat is all natural no added sugar. It's an acquired taste but I like it. I'm a label reader and I try to avoid anything with 3 or more grams of sugar per 100grms of product.
