Off track today myself! Packed a well planned and pre logged lunch last night. Had an impromptu lunch meeting at a pizza joint instead. I tried to estimate my calories from lunch the best I could even added a few extra for good measure. Oh well, it was good pizza and the salad wasn't bad either

That's why I use a trend app. I have a steady downward trend since August. I know now that even with the up and down scale fluctuations I am still losing weight. It's the end all be all number for me any more.

I weigh daily and track that in a different app so I can see trends. I only log weight in MFP if I have hit a new low. I take new measurements every six to eight weeks.

I take a lunch and snacks with me to work every day. I use an insulated zippered lunch bag and small plastic reusable cold packs. I put the cold pack back in the freezer and every night. My lunch sits under my desk and every thing stays cold until lunch. I do the same for my sons school lunches. Fairly inexpensive ones on…

I would happy with that! I have been working hard at this since August. Granted I have fallen off the wagon some days, but my average has been .7 pounds per week. Very slow loss, but still a loss.

Jogged down and back up three flights of stairs at work this morning. When I hit the top... Total wow moment! It sunk in that I just jogged those stairs that I have been taking every day for three years huffing and puffing even though there is a dang elevator.

I bought into the 21 day fix.... While the containers are great for showing portion control the plan itself can be achieved for free. I can tell you the measurements for each container as well as send you the foods list. Seriously though it's all basic CICO and common sense. You are also supposed to follow the workout DVDs…

My go to sweet treats are dark chocolate mint patties (2 of the mini ones). Also loving the Ghirardelli intense dark toffee interlude.... So good!! Best part is my local store just had the Ghirardelli bars on sale!
