@irejuvenateme I opted for a banana! You're right about the chocolate though! The percentage of the cocoa in dark chocolate can be beneficial! ...all I have is milk chocolate though

@cwolfman13 true but chocolate is quick release energy.. And as I'm not off exercising and just doing work.. I need food to keep me going ...so chocolate I know wouldn't be a great snack...

@rabbitjb haha unfortunately I'm not a fan of salad dressings... Find that they're all sugar no taste and result in soggy lettuce. Or tomatoes... Haven't ever been friends with them since I was a child! Aha. Love the sound of your lunch! Make the rice brown and the story fry veg steamed and it's perfect!!
