    I had 5oz of baby spinach sauteed in 14g bacon fat, with a little granulated garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tsp red wine vinegar along with a roasted chicken thigh (bone-in, skin on).

    399 calories of awesome.

    I feel like that tuna would be really dry on its own. I've never been a fan of the corn in salad thing, probably because I don't like cold corn or warm things in my salads.

    I don't like tuna. At all. For first lunch, I had a huge bowl of homemade turkey and bean chili with corn tortillas and plain Greek yogurt (great sour cream sub). And natural peanut butter on 2 pieces of toasted fresh bakery white bread for second lunch (I eat often, lol).

    To my eyes that looks dry and disgusting .. sorry.. I'm sitting here thinking it needs watercress, rocket, tomatoes, peppers, black olives, caperberries,new potatoes, green beans, anchovies and an olive oil / balsamic dressing ... mmm salad nicoise

    I don't have a picture but I like my lunch better: 150g boiled rice and homemade Chinese chilli beef with peppers and stir fry vegetables for 334 calories

    @rabbitjb‌ haha unfortunately I'm not a fan of salad dressings... Find that they're all sugar no taste and result in soggy lettuce. Or tomatoes... Haven't ever been friends with them since I was a child! Aha.

    Love the sound of your lunch! Make the rice brown and the story fry veg steamed and it's perfect!!
