Did you decide to do it? I did it and I loved it! I got great results. I love that the workouts are short but very effective. As a mom with 2 kids, the 30 min workouts were nice!

Congrats on doing the Couch to 5k thing. I really want to try it. But right now I am doing P90X and i love it! I am on day 31 and I'm not going to lie its hard work but in the end it really does pay off!! In my first 30 days I have already seen and felt big changes in my body and I love it.

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup mild extra-virgin olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon kosher salt ground black pepper to taste Its soooo Yummy. I make mine a little differently, but its all the same.

I started P90X July 18th and a week later I "felt" better in my waist. I also lost an inch off of my waist in that first week. I was so surprised but it was my motivation to keep going! Now I haven't stepped on a scale but I can still feel a difference in my waist. My husband says it will take time but I will start seeing…

Well like I said I haven't had one in a while which is good for me bc my hubby would pick me one up everyday after work, he works the night shift. And the last time I had one I couldn't even finish it and I was surprised.

Just wanna say that you are rocking it girl! Great job on staying positive! You look great!! I too am doing P90X and I love it! I am only on week 3 but I love it and I found out very quickly that I am now addicted to working out. I can't wait to start a new day to start working out again. How far are you into it?
