For those of you who have reached your goal weight or have just lost a bunch of weight, how long did it take for you to start noticing results?

    I started P90X July 18th and a week later I "felt" better in my waist. I also lost an inch off of my waist in that first week. I was so surprised but it was my motivation to keep going! Now I haven't stepped on a scale but I can still feel a difference in my waist. My husband says it will take time but I will start seeing them soon enough. Just don't give up if you haven't seen any results, trust me...they will start showing!

    Within the first few (2-3) weeks of being consistent with my dietary changes I started noticing. I wasn't drastically smoking hot feeling ready to get into a bikini... but I noticed my jeans were a little looser in the back and around my thighs. The little changes make it easier to keep going. I have been doing this for (I think) about a month and a half and just now started exercising a little at a time because I stopped losing from diet alone. It slowly comes off.... but you're worth it!

    After my first 20 pounds were gone. I looked at a picture of me before and then after. I have lost over 40 pounds and I still don't "see" the difference. I still have a lot of belly fat to get rid of. I know my clothes fit better. I'm 3 sizes smaller but it is hard to wrap my head around it sometimes.
  • As soon as I hit 20lbs I started to notice it in my face. But before that didn't see anything.
