I'm not going to treat Christmas like a huge feast. I just started a keto diet so I'll be mainly eating protein and healthy fats that day. I like to stay lean year round so I always eat up to my caloric goal.

Christmas is a day just like any other day. Log in all the food that you eat within your caloric goal and work out. Simple as that.

You don't have to work out for too long. Just do a few strength training exercises and do a few minutes of HIIT for cardio.

I always log in my calories. But that's because I want to compete in the bikini division of bodybuilding a year from now. If I feel like pigging out, I always tell myself, "A moment on the lips is a lifetime on the hips."

Weekly and with minimal clothing early in the morning. I don't drink/eat before I weigh myself. I also weigh myself after I pee. I don't consume too much sodium the day before weigh in neither.

I'm 5'6 and my current weight is 135lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs. I checked that 115lbs is on the lowest end of healthy on bmi but it's still considered healthy.
