I'm in and I'm excited. I need this forum right now. I'll be vacation by the end of Jan. 2015 and would like to lose some weight.

    Vacation Weight - 165
    GW - Feb. 28th (my birthday!) 155
I'm aiming to be 184 lbs by Tuesday.
Most of my life I've had a very slow metabolism. Although, the weight loss industry tells us that reducing your calorie intake is way more important than exercising, I have to say in my case it's about 50/50. My exercising allows me to have some wiggle room with my diet. It is very discouraging when one has been dieting for 2 weeks and if you decide to cheat one day it increases your weight by so much. Exercising helps with that. So I've decided to watch my daily calories as well as jump on my elliptical for 10-20 mins each day. I am definately noticing a difference! I will also be walking my dog from 30-60 mins daily.

Weigh-in! (Since Friday is my day.)

    Current weight: 158
    Goal weight: 155
    Lbs lost: 2

I'll give it good odds that the number will fluctuate up and down over the next couple weeks, now that I'm on the tail end of being sick, and actually want to eat food again. Water weight and all that jazz.

    90 Days for Change

Are you stuck? Can't seem to get things going in a positive direction? You keep doing the same things over and over again expecting different results but it never happens? Well friends, I have learned through raw life experience that that is the perfect definition of insanity. Do you desire to leave this old place for something new? Then keep reading...

Did you know that it takes 30 days to develop a discipline, 60 days to create a habit and 90 days to instill a lifestyle? Now let's be honest and ask ourselves, "Where do we want to be in 30, 60, or 90 days?" Let's put ourselves where we see ourselves and take the necessary responsibilities toward making those goals happen!

Treat yourself to 90 days toward change!

    RULES

    1) Beginning December 1, 2015 and ending February 28, 2016...we will be going on a 90 day journey toward complete change!
    2) Check in on our discussion board for an ENCOURAGING WORD!
    3) Be Accountable and give us your stats every TUESDAY morning! Current weight, Goal Weight, Total Loss from starting this challenge!

Everyone has the potential for greatness! Your best days are ahead of you! Enjoy each one with abundance!

Ok I'm awake and technically its Tuesday here, so . . .
    I've lost 2.6 pounds.
Some of it is probably water weight, since I fell out of routine earlier last week, then got back in on Thursday and plan to keep on with routine. Still, its nice to see. I'll weigh again this Thursday.
