My diary is open. 1200 is my target but I rarely stay within that because I eat back at least half of workouts and workout every day. Plus I'm on Whole 30 right now and you're technically not supposed to count.

Sleep and stress! When I workout so much and don't give my body enough rest - no sex is had. When I put too much stress on myself either about my body, work or social stress, I also don't feel like having sex.

Try smaller goals! You have to lose 5 lbs before you get to the rest of it. Time can be very discouraging if you aren't reaching what you hope for - I try to set weekly goals.

I'm 5'4 currently 140ish lbs and 23% body fat. My goal is 18% and I think that'll bottom me out around 115 - but I'll let you know when I get there, hah! Honestly it depends on your frame and your goals. Mine is whichever I get to first: 18% body fat, 115 lbs or a size 2.

You're probably gaining muscle. If you've hit a plateau, you need to do something you haven't done before. So amp up the intensity and number of weekly workouts.
