Give me a workout!!!

It's raining so my usual outside workout is bust. Help me write a new workout! Give me a Numbered move I can do in a set or give me a set of three! (I.e. "100 jump ropes" "15 push-ups" "20 burpees" "12 jump squats) etc! Gimmie sumptin good :)

    50 sit ups

    Did this the other day : "countdown circuit " group A push-ups and squat jumps start with 10 reps ea. Then 9,8,7,6,5,etc to 1 rest 90 seconds then do same for group B crunches and jump lunges rest 2 minutes and repeat whole circuit

    I can easily look them up online and create one myself. The fun part is having strangers in fitness challenge me!

    you could try one of the live workouts on Flex if there's one at a time that suits? They have loads of different classes (yoga, abs etc)
