Hi. Thanks all, that's sound advice. I love walking so I will carry on and search out hilly areas! I will look at Nerd Fitness and Fitness Blender and I'm going swimming tomorrow. I am losing the weight but it's slow to come off this time, my fault and I will stick at this, try and be patient and work hard! Thanks again…

Hi. Are you drinking enough water? That's great for weight loss. It does take time for the weight to shift initially sometimes, but it will come off.

Hi! I fractured my ankle at the end of the summer and it was a bad break so exercising has been really difficult and I piled on the pounds :'( just trying to get the confidence to go swimming for some low impact exercise along with walking. Good luck with your goals x

Just to add...I find a glass of ice cold water before and after every meal helps me feel fuller too! Best of luck.
