Yep, same here. I have done lots of weight lifting this year and I need to work on my cardio for a bit. I also like the program is 25 minutes and 5 days a week, which works perfectly with my busy schedule during the holidays. Great job!!

I was thinking in doing one day 100 push ups in set of 10 and make a video to record it. I am not suere if we can upload videos in here. Welcome!. I have to say I do have the opposite problem. i love working out but I do have more troubles sticking to my calories. There is a lot of workouts out there, from joining a gym to home based programs. In the last years I have acquired weights and a bench and I follow in home DVD programs.

You can do it. Take one step at a time. The key to weight loss is to be at a calorie deficit, and adding exercise to it will help to it. You say you are 4 month postpartum, has your doctor give you the OK to start counting your calories and work out?

Calorie deficit will get you to your goals, there is no miracle cure for losing weight. Be patience, it is a process. Add 5-6 days of exercise to your diet and trust the process
