Hi, I'm Denise, I'm new to MyFitnessPal ♥ I am trying to lose weight and stay on track... Looking for a small group of people who I can be accountable with who I can support during their journey as well as have support me through mine :) I'm trying to create a better version of myself!
I currently drink 2 Herbalife shakes a day and eat 1 meal, I have several low fat snacks as well throughout the day, I drink plenty of water... I work out, but some days I just get very discouraged when the scale says something I feel that it shouldn't, my clothes aren't feeling like I think they should and so on... It's a mental game, really... But oh so real and so frustrating! Uggg but anyway... That's me, I look forward to chatting with you all ....

    Calorie deficit will get you to your goals, there is no miracle cure for losing weight. Be patience, it is a process. Add 5-6 days of exercise to your diet and trust the process

    Hi I'm on herbalife too and I totally understand you. The first 2 weeks it can b hard(wch was for me), I didn't want to go to gym then I found a Fit Club related to Herbalife, with consistency and dedication I'm sure you can do it:))
