I just turned 70 and decided I like 50 better. I actually like 30 even better but thought that was a bit of a reach. I go to the gym every morning, have lost about 15 lbs and am on a quest to see how lean & mean a 70 year old can get. I do mostly vigorous strength training (vigorous enough to get some cardio benefits at the same time). Any old guys out there with some suggestions?
