i think to be realistic and not lose a stone in a week! I find setting small targets are more achievable. You really need to enjoy what you're doing too, maybe not the gym there are many other forms of excersize to go with eating well! :-) a good support or doing it alongside someone is great for motivation!!

Are the ones in the gym accurate? Where you hold the sides? How would a personal trainer measure body fat?

Maggie's chicken strips are really good. 40 cals each just literally covered in herbs and put them in a pan with a little fry-light .... keep the chicken really tasty and sooo quick! Loads flavors to try

i have the BooTea which is very similar! It's brilliant, I have used both together before but now just have the morning one. It suppresses appetite and it isn't bad tasting! It makes such a difference, I usually do it for a week if I have a night out or something makes me feel less bloated! I wouldn't rely on it or use it…

Great help. Currently following steps 5, 6, 7, 8 in the picture. I feel like progress is slow but coming along, I'm happy :-) weight lifting is something I need to ease in too - going the gym at busy times doesn't help, should probably try some morning gyms sessions when the gyms quieter!

HardcoreP0rk thank-you - that's good idea building up. I need to do more core excersizes and build back muscles up, it is like a dull ache when I start situps. I guess this could be technique too

low carbs? I find carbs lie on my stomach - but I need something for energy. I do have some protein bars might try those. Don't generally drink coffee do you think tea would have the same effect? ha

I make salads and heat the chicken up, sometimes have sweet potato with cottage cheese and salad. Often have left overs from the night before! Today I have slimmingworld pasta bolognase!

Hi, This is good to read! I have 'chunky' legs they are a good part muscle I work out a lot but should maybe try more weight sessions! ;-)
