  • I don't use sugar in anything I make myself, I use bananas or another fruit if it needs to be sweetened, but if I'm around something sweet...it's hard to say no. I just don't allow myself to buy anything that might tempt me.

  • I don't know. I am so off track since the holidays. I was doing so well up until then. I was eating sugar, dairy and grain free and feeling great! I let myself indulge on the sugars of Christmas and now can't get rid of these cravings.
