So on paper it looks like I didn't lose anything, but I was actually retaining massive amounts of water and weighted at 236 last Sunday. Glad to be back down to 223 by Friday lol.

It doesn't. You have to go into your "goals" page and into the calories/macro setting for it to do the calculation and set a new goal. It does make adjustments for calories burned based on your current weight if you log your exercise though.

Unless you ate 4*3500 calories in excess of your maintenance calories, you may have have gained weight, but it's not 4 pounds of fat. Most likely just water weight.

5'8, 230lbs, with wide shoulders & muscular. My US size 16s are super baggy on me (got them at 255) so should probably move on to 14s. At 195 I was in loose 12s, some 10s. Shirts are Ls & XLs.

I think the "Healthy at every size" got twisted around to be interpreted by people as "every size can be healthy", when it was originally meant to express that you should strive to be healthy regardless of your size. That weight should not be the goal, health should.

Size 16 at 235lbs, getting loose though (I've been in 16s since 255). When I was my lowest adult weight (195lbs), I was a size 12, nearly 10.

I've had a 1000 daily calorie deficit & lost 55 lbs since 6/26/18. My supply didn't get affected (kind of wish it had, I am way ready to ween my 2 y-o). I had an oversupply up until he started eating solids though, don't know if I just make a lot of milk naturally. Working out 6 days a week, running and lifting weights.
