@tlgale I bought the dates to curb the chocholate/sugar craving.. Stupid me didnt look them over. I just grabbed the first ones I saw. I was so hungry I ripped them open in the car which I would never do lol...hate eating in the car..and they were immersed in a sugar coating. Looked at the bag there were 26 grams of sugar per serving. I think I'll try to make muffins out of them so not to waste..but when I go back to the store will find some raw dates if they exist.

So I looked it up 1 stone is 14 pounds
Wonder why weight is measured in stones. Its weird. Anyway 28 pounds is doable by the end of July. Are you going anywhere new that you havent seen yet?0 -

Let me just tell you. My legs are killing me from the squats. I use the weight machines at the gym and am fine the next day. Those squats are killer..what else you got up your sleeve to whip us in shape 😆0 -

I'm in cubicle land now. However, the hospital is bigger, so I can try to walk more. Plus there is a small walk path in the basement of hospital. No gym anymore though. I'm not giving up though.2 -
