I had did so good on Sunday. Tracked every little nibble. Then I was going home from work around 10pm. It was messy and snowy. I was so stressed. I made it home safely. I passed my house and went to McDonald's. I felt so defeated, so then I ate a ice cream too.
I got a new plan. To brush my teeth, drink water or just go to sleep to avoid sabotaging myself.
Starting new today. I'm off, so I'm about to finish cleaning up and do some home exercises.
I started a movement Monday group on MFP today. It's focus is, if you start the week off moving on Monday, you will be more successful at working out throughout the week too.4 -

I'm doing pretty good in cubicle land. I'm came in early and did a 15minute workout tape before anyone came. To be honest I'm getting more activity right now. I think it's because now I have to be more creative and organized to fit in activity. Plus it's like I'm fighting to keep things like they use to be. Oh well, my manager is still going to find me a new spot soon by myself. However, until then I'm going to continue working out and being happy.
After work I'm going to Planet Fitness with my little brother. I don't have a membership yet though. I love that Planet Fitness will allow a member to bring someone with them.2 -

I go to planet fitness. It cost me 10 dollars a month. And the machines are always new or up to par. Way cheaper than curves. Hope you have fun.2 -

I've had an Off week. Been nursing my daughter home sick. Routine is out of whack.
I had to go to an awards banquet for my older daughter last night... So food choices were terrible and cake was involved.
Honestly Im disgusted with myself..I have only lost around 4 pounds. Started the month out strong and I'm fizzling. Just maintaining really.
I saw someone post yesterday that there are 17 weeks til June? I thought is this true. I need to get serious if Im not going to look like a water buffalo in my swimsuit again this year. And I had the balls to have cake?

Ugh. Winters in the Midwest are hard for me. No sun and brutal cold and difficult driving conditions. I always struggle in winter, feeling like I just survive it rather than live it. I’m much more affected by the lack of sunlight than I’d like to be. I have a “happy” light but it only helps a little. Anyway, after I got over my sickness my daughter and son got it. And we’ve had snow days and two hour delays, etc. Just a rough month so far in a lot of areas!2 -
