Cooking in veggie broth instead of water makes a big difference for me. I use low sodium broth too.

Post a pic of your delicious mango. Some have more/less water and fiber content than others. One cup of mango chunks is around 100 cals though for reference.

If beans are vegetables then I think I win. I eat 700 calories of beans a day.

My cousin whipped me with a super red vine once, the rope one. Right across my bare calf from behind. It was probably the most painful feeling I've ever experienced. Still picking red vines though. A movie theater classic!

It's on YouTube and I just watched the opening 3 min. It's just a dude who made a documentary. The opening usually starts out with fear mongering and then they hit you with what they think is the right way to eat. Seen one, seen them all.

I'd ask for the guac to be put in a container. That's the most important thing that stands out to me. The lettuce and salsa get heated from the rice, beans and meat anyway. You can also ask for salsa on the side too.

You can blend your veggies and strain it. Use a very fine mesh strainer. Also add lots of lemon juice to make it palatable lol. An easy veggie juice recipe would be celery, cucumber, a dark leafy green. Blend it with some water, strain, and then squeeze a bunch of lemon juice at the end and stir. Cheap and fresh.

Chicken - 150 Onion rings - 100 Peas - 30 Chips - 100 +20 insurance purposes 400 calories But then again, I always underestimate my meals. I'd rather gain weight than stay even or lose.

Being social at that age is great for longevity as well. I worry that I'll be 70 with a fine tuned diet and exercise regimen but left suffering with the heartache of loneliness.

They're probably referring to oxidative stress which is beneficial to the average person who exercises. It's only when someone over-exerts themselves over a long period that it can impair immune function. Ex. Ultramarathon runner who trains in Arizona Basically eat colorful fruits and veggies, exercise smartly, and relax.
