The antidepressant I got put in Zoloft actually stopped me binge eating so I've managed to lose weight ☺️

It's good I've lost 25 kgs in total now nearly at my goal weight but not happy so wanna lose another 7 kgs I have sort of fallen off the wagon lately so thought I would change cals thanks for the advice :)

It only counts my steps calories so 18,000 for my steps it won't sync with mfp so that's why I wasn't sure how to add these exercise calories
